Nabil has made plenty of noise on-stage in numerous bands—most notably as drummer for The Long Winters from 2005–2008—but he’s made more noise off-stage as co-owner of Sonic Boom Records, founder of The Control Group record label, and big boss of the 4AD record label in Brooklyn. Although the latter required a move to the East Coast, Seattle still gets blessed by his presence at the Bumbershoot and Sasquatch! festivals each spring and fall. Seattle: Paseo Caribbean Restaurant, Hazlewood lounge.
