Molly ditched a career with Music for America to take on a more tasty adventure. Today she owns and operates Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream, with shops in Wallingford and Capitol Hill and a truck that roams the city. Using only local and organic seasonal ingredients, she cultivates the tastiest—albeit somewhat unusual—flavors such as cardamom, salted caramel, balsamic strawberry, Vivace coffee, honey lavender, and more.
