Kyla is the co-owner of the legendary Hattie’s Hat bar in Ballard, but her real passion is being publisher of No Depression magazine. Launched in 1995 with roots music, alternative country, and Americana at its core, No Depression was one of the nation’s most prominent, award-winning printed music publications. It has recently reemerged as a thriving online community, roots music authority archive, and summer music festival.
